Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Equity Bridge Academy, we strive to provide high-quality financial markets education. Before enrolling, applicants are encouraged to review the course details carefully.
1. Registration Fees
Any registration or admission fee paid to reserve a seat is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Course Starts
If a student cancels their enrollment 7 or more days before the course commencement date, any amount paid (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) may be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course starts are not eligible for a refund.
3. After the Course Begins
Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided, irrespective of attendance or completion.
4. Missed Classes
Fees will not be refunded for missed classes. Where possible, the academy may provide access to a future batch or alternative learning support at its discretion.
5. Course Postponement
If Equity Bridge Academy postpones a batch, students may choose to:
Transfer their enrollment to the next available batch; or
Request a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Course Cancellation by the Academy
If a course is cancelled by Equity Bridge Academy and no alternative batch is offered, students will receive a full refund of the fees paid.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
