Enrollment & Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, proprietary financial Excel templates, and lecture decks are protected intellectual property of Equity Bridge Academy. Enrolled students are granted a restricted, non-transferable license for personal study only. Unauthorized duplication, audio or video recording, or public distribution will result in immediate expulsion.

Students must maintain professional conduct and complete mandatory attendance thresholds to earn program certificates. Equity Bridge Academy operates exclusively as a vocational financial training institute preparing candidates for NISM examinations; the academy does not manage capital, issue investment advice, or promise trading profits.
